Job summary

The Learning Experience in New Jersey is hiring teachers to create welcoming classrooms for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You’ll implement the LEAP Curriculum and foster a love of learning in a supportive, growth-minded setting.

You will regularly communicate with families, help meet enrollment goals, collaborate with staff, and contribute to a joyful, safe learning environment where children thrive.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; college ECE coursework highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.

• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic learning environment.

• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
