Job summary

Learning Care Group is looking for energetic Assistant Teachers to support daily childcare activities. You will maintain a clean, interactive classroom and ensure high-quality care for every child in our program.

Qualifications

• Be able to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
