Job summary

La Petite Academy in Kissimmee, FL is hiring Assistant Teachers who care deeply for children and families. You will follow licensing guidelines, keep a fun, organized classroom, and support daily care with enthusiasm.

You will observe, assess, and plan activities, communicate effectively with families, and complete training on childcare and development topics. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities through our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Care for daily care of every child following licensing guidelines.
• Ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Energetic, dependable, passionate about working with children; meet state/accreditation education/experience requirements; indoor/outdoor activity.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child and maintain a fun, interactive classroom.
• Engage with families to communicate progress and needs, and support learning activities.
