Qualifications

  • Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Compensation: $45,000 to $52,000 annually

As one of our Center Leaders, you will:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion and creating an environment of trust and rapport with diverse groups.
  • Maintain the physical environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
  • Ensure the center is staffed with high-performing teachers through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
  • Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, using engaging characters to make learning fun for children.
  • Achieve business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and effective operations, including managing accounts receivable/payable, P&L, and payroll.
  • Engage prospective families through tours and community marketing events to promote awareness and enrollment.

  • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (preferred) or at least one year of management experience.
  • Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet licensing guidelines.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field (preferred).
  • Have strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Must meet any applicable background screening or licensing requirements for the role.
