Job summary

A leading child care provider in Gambrills is seeking dedicated teachers to join their community. Responsibilities include ensuring the daily care of children by following licensing guidelines and creating a fun classroom environment. Candidates should be able to engage in physical activity and must meet state accreditation requirements. This position offers competitive hourly pay between $17.00 and $17.66, along with benefits such as health insurance and education assistance. The role allows for a balanced work schedule, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $17.00-$17.66 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
