Assistant Teachers:

1. Love to help! Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure quality care, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
2. Love to engage! Develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and communicate effectively with families.
3. Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Candidate Qualities:

1. Energetic, dependable, with a passion for working with children.
2. Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
3. Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Hourly pay of $15.50-$16.50, with options for Bi-weekly and Daily Pay, depending on position, education, and experience.
