Job summary

Endeavor Schools, Field of Dreams Baxter, is seeking an Assistant Two's Teacher and Van Driver to support early childhood learning and ensure student safety.

You will assist with age-appropriate curriculum, prepare materials, supervise activities including meals and naptime, and drive a 15-seat van with a clear driving record. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career development across our 100+ schools nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• 1+ years experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
• Clear driving record and willing to drive a 15 seat passenger van.
