Step by Step Chaska, part of Endeavor Schools, is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support age-appropriate curriculum, prepare materials, and supervise children during activities to ensure a safe, positive learning environment.

No prior school experience is required; HS diploma or some college is preferred, with 1–2 years of experience being helpful. We value patience, teamwork, and a love for helping children grow.
