Compensation: $45,000 to $52,000 annual salary

As One of Our Happy Center Leaders, You Will:

• Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and staff by creating an environment of trust and rapport, and relating well to diverse groups.
• Maintain the physical environment and ensure all health and safety standards are met according to local and state regulations.
• Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers by sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging current and prospective employees.
• Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun for children.
• Achieve business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and operational efficiency, including managing accounts receivable/payable, monthly P&L, and payroll.
• Engage prospective families through tours and community events to increase awareness and enrollment.

Apply Now If You:

• Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred), with at least one year required.
• Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state guidelines.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (highly preferred).
• Have strong knowledge of licensing rules and regulations.

Must meet all background screening or licensing requirements applicable to the role.
