Job summary

La Petite Academy in Concord, NC is seeking Assistant Teachers to support a warm, structured classroom where children learn through play and daily routines. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child, maintaining a fun, interactive, organized environment.

You will engage by observing, assessing, and planning for children, and you will communicate effectively with families while completing training on childcare and development topics.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
