Job summary

Learning Care is hiring dedicated Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families in a warm, welcoming classroom. You will follow licensing guidelines and our standards to ensure daily care.

You will observe, assess, and plan activities, engage with families, and participate in ongoing childcare training to grow professionally. Work is on-site with flexible schedules and a safe, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing guidelines and education/experience requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
• Passionate about childcare and development.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities
