Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to nurture and educate children in a welcoming childcare environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, keep a clean, engaging classroom, and support families through effective communication.

You’ll also participate in extensive training on childcare and development topics as part of our team. We offer immediate benefits, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and a Master Teacher Program to help you grow within a caring, kid-focused

• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.48-$17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
