As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. Our teachers guide infants through toddler age children with small group instruction, helping them absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

Benefits:

• Hourly compensation based on credentials
• $500 Signing Bonus after 90 days
• Assistant Teacher salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials
• Set Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
• Closed on weekends, nights, and holidays
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours annually
• Paid Sick Leave: up to 48 hours annually

Qualifications:

• Assistant Teachers: PDIS 1 required
• Lead Teachers: PDIS 2, CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in licensed early childhood education, PreK, preschool, childcare, or daycare
• Knowledge of social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs for child safety and program facilitation

• Maintain an attractive, engaging classroom environment
• Follow all health, safety, and regulatory rules
