Working with a Lead Teacher, you'll help maintain a safe, engaging classroom and support children throughout their daily routines and learning activities. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Childcare, daycare, preschool, nanny, camp, babysitting, or teaching experience preferred
• Early Childhood Education coursework or training preferred
• Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must meet applicable state licensing, background screening, health, and training requirements

Physical Requirements

This is an active childcare role that requires the ability to supervise children by sight and sound; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor; participate in indoor and outdoor activities; and safely lift up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be available.
