Job summary

Bedrock Academy is seeking a dedicated early childhood support role to help create a safe, engaging classroom environment and assist with daily activities alongside the lead teacher.

You will help supervise children, support curriculum implementation, and communicate effectively with families while contributing to smoother school operations and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience with young children in childcare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
• Must meet state licensing, certifications (CPR/First Aid where required), and background check requirements.
• Willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements; effective communication with families and team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
