Job Description:

Are you passionate about music and education? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Music Camp Assistant Teachers for our upcoming music camp. This is a temporary position, offering flexible shift options including morning, afternoon, or full day, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable teaching experience and make a positive impact on young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in teaching and supervising music camp activities.
• Learn and teach the MATHPIANO program.
• Support lead teachers in daily camp operations.
• Provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for all campers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff.
• Maintain organization and order within the camp.

Qualifications:

• Must be over 19 years old.
• Strong background in music.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Empathetic, responsible, and possess high integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Training:

• Candidates will be trained in the MATHPIANO program.
• Successful completion of the teaching course is required to earn the training certificate.
• Those who pass the teaching course may be considered for official hiring.

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $20/hour
