Children of America in Appleton, WI is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support early childhood education across ages 6 weeks to 12 years. You will help implement daily lesson plans, create a safe and engaging learning environment, and communicate professionally with families and staff while documenting child progress.

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $13.00 to $15.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives or other benefits.
