Mount St. Mary’s University Athletics is seeking organized and motivated individuals to serve as Assistant Swim Coaches, available both part-time and full-time. Assistant Coaches report to the Head Coach and work with the Department of Athletics. These individuals will assist in overseeing all non-tuition revenue related to the university's athletic department. The Assistant Coach will assist in coaching, recruitment, and retention of Men’s and Women’s Swimming teams.
