Qualifications:
Required: Current teaching certificate or substitute certificate with 60 college credit hours. Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills. Must possess some knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. Must be able to pass background screening including fingerprinting.
Preferred: Experience in sport required and knowledge of MSHSAA High School swimming.

Purpose:Provides coaching and direction for student athletes. Assists students in achieving a high level of skill and appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork in respectivesport.
