Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach in Massachusetts. The role involves assisting in swim training, drafting workouts with the head coach, and helping register new participants while maintaining the pool facilities.
You will also support daily practices, communicate with guests, and promote Life Time programs and services. Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications are required, withLife Time certifications as applicable.
As an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help our Swim Team members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to write and head Swim Team Group Workouts. You will help the Head Swim Team Coach register new participants for the Team and maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.00 and pays up to $19.00, based on experience and qualifications.
