The Lake Superior YMCA in Downtown Duluth seeks an Assistant Swim Team Coach for a part-time role. You will coach age-group swimmers, guide practices, and help uphold the YMCA values in every session.

This position will not have any supervisory roles.
This position operates in and around a pool area. Sometimes the floor will be slippery, or the working environment will seem humid. Noise level has the capability of being loud at times.
The Swim Team Coach is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus to remain alert.
Travel is not required for this position.
This is a part time position. The pool is open seven days a week and hours will depend on the requirements of the aquatics department.
