The YMCA of the Roses is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Swim Coach to support our swim program. The YMCA of the Roses is seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Assistant Swim Coach to join our competitive swim program. This role supports our Coach in delivering high-level coaching to advanced swimmers, fostering a positive and disciplined training environment, and helping athletes reach their full potential in and out of the water.
This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with additional hours required on meet weekends. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the team and competition schedule.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Swim Team Assistant Coach at the YMCA of the Roses creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while promoting and maintaining the safety of all aquatic facility users in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
