An established nonprofit organization is seeking a dedicated Swim Coach to foster a positive and safe environment for swimmers. We are looking for a Swim Coach to work 2-3 mornings a week form 6:30-9:30am. In addition to coaching this position includes 2-4 hours per week of admin duties. This job will shift to evening hours in September.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Swim Team Assistant Coach at the YMCA of York & York County creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while promoting and maintaining the safety of all aquatic facility users in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
