YMCA of Western North Carolina is seeking an experienced Swim Team Assistant Coach for Downtown Asheville, part-time hourly role. You will lead practice groups and support swimmers in competitive development.
You will organize sessions, teach stroke techniques, attend meets, ensure safety, uphold the YMCA values, and maintain records, while communicating with swimmers and parents and collaborating with staff.

As the Swim Team Assistant Coach, you will be responsible for leading one or more practice groups of swimmers in pursuit of improvement in competitive swimming proficiency and character development.
Must have current safety certifications, including CPR & AED, First Aid, Lifeguarding, or Red Cross Safety Training for Swim Coaches
Must be at least 15 years of age or older
