Job summary

Lakewood High School is seeking an Assistant Swimming Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The position reports to the Athletic Director and building principal, supporting the swim program during practices, meets, and student-athlete development.

Candidates must have or be eligible for the Pupil Activity Permit from the Ohio Department of Education and complete CPR and other required certifications. This on-site role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and positive coaching in a competitive program.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible to obtain Pupil Activity Permit from the Ohio Department of Education.
• Must complete CPR and other athletic certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with practices, conditioning, and swim meet operations.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director and school administration to support student-athletes.
