Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a dedicated swim coach to assist with daily practices for age-group and senior swimmers in League City, TX. You will teach stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and race strategies while providing individualized feedback.

You will promote safety and inclusivity, attend meets, and support progression through goal setting and performance evaluation. Must have USA Swimming coaching certification or be willing to obtain it; CPR/First Aid required.

Qualifications

• Competitive swimming background required; collegiate swimming experience preferred.
• Coaching experience with age-group or competitive swimmers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of stroke mechanics, training methodologies, and race preparation.
• Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of varying ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Current USA Swimming coach certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches certifications (or ability to obtain).
• USA Swimming Coach Membership in good standing.
• Experience using Team Unify, HY-TEK, or similar swim team management software.
• Understanding of long-course and short-course training and competition.
• Experience coaching swimmers at championship-level meets.
