The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a team. A valid driver license and the willingness to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience required.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite or related software.
• Active driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Sweeping & Portering Manager in overseeing the day-to-day workflow.
• Helps create employee schedules across all locations.
• Auditing routes.
• Assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
• Collaborates with the team to set performance standards.
• Helps conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated.
