Embark Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated supervisor to lead mentor teams on shifts at the New Haven campus in Spanish Fork, UT. The role involves mentoring staff, coordinating shift tasks, onboarding new hires, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for adolescent girls receiving trauma-informed care.
You will collaborate with therapists and nurses, conduct weekly trainings, and ensure adherence to policies while upholding compassionate, student-centered care in a home-like setting.
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.00
