Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated individual
• Must have knowledge of all standard products with on hand experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft software, D365 and report manager computer programs.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior job history, job performance and attendance will be considered.
• Must be oriented and capable of meeting daily goals for production.
• Must be able to work Any shift and the necessary overtime, which may include weekends.
• Must be willing to perform other duties within the departments.
• Must be able to function in accordance with the Ft. Payne Team Leader playbook.
• Must be physically able to perform job duties, which requires heavy lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
