St. Luke’s Hospital seeks a dedicated Dietary Service Overseer to manage the daily operations of Lake View Cafe, Terrace Bistro, Fountain Cafe, Corner Gourmet and Dr Lounge.
You will lead culinary staff, ensure quality food service, and uphold the hospital’s mission and values. This role requires a high school diploma with three years of experience; a Certified Dietary Manager certificate is preferred, with an associate or bachelor's degree also favorable.

Position Summary:
Overseeretail areas including Lake View Cafe, Terrace Bistro, Fountain Cafe, Corner Gourmet and Dr Lounge. Supervises and instructs employees in the daily operation of the department,participatesin special projects and in areas of expertise; follows the guidelines formaintaininga quality food service.Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education:High school graduate with threeyears experiencerequired Certified Dietary Manager Certificate,Associate degree or Bachelor'sdegree preferred
Experience:Serve Safe or NIFI Certification Computer skills required Experience with banquet/catering servicerequired
