Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital seeks a dedicated Dietary Service Overseer to manage the daily operations of Lake View Cafe, Terrace Bistro, Fountain Cafe, Corner Gourmet and Dr Lounge.

You will lead culinary staff, ensure quality food service, and uphold the hospital’s mission and values. This role requires a high school diploma with three years of experience; a Certified Dietary Manager certificate is preferred, with an associate or bachelor's degree also favorable.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with three years' experience required.
• Certified Dietary Manager Certificate.
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail areas including Lake View Cafe, Terrace Bistro, Fountain Cafe, Corner Gourmet and Dr Lounge.
• Supervises and instructs employees in the daily operation of the department.
• Participates in special projects and in areas of expertise; follows guidelines for maintaining a quality food service.
• Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team and aligns with St. Luke’s mission and values.
