St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a customer-focused food service leader to oversee multiple dining venues and promote teamwork within a hospital setting. You will supervise staff, participate in special projects, and ensure high-quality food service aligned with our mission.
The role requires a Certified Dietary Manager certificate, high school diploma, and experience in banquet/catering, with computer skills and relevant certifications preferred.

Oversee retail areas including Lake View Cafe, Terrace Bistro, Fountain Cafe, Corner Gourmet and Dr Lounge. Supervises and instructs employees in the daily operation of the department, participates in special projects and in areas of expertise; follows the guidelines for maintaining a quality food service. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education: High school graduate with three years experience required Certified Dietary Manager Certificate, Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Serve Safe or NIFI Certification Computer skills required Experience with banquet/catering service required
