Assistant Supervisor, Park Quality (Overnight Janitorial)

Job Overview

As an Assistant Supervisor, you will lead a team in delivering high-quality guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety throughout the park. You will model a positive attitude, energy, and a commitment to quality, while overseeing daily operations and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization positively, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to quality
• Ensure a safe environment for guests, team members, and animals
• Develop and train team members through coaching and feedback
• Maintain park cleanliness and conduct quality inspections
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Schedule and monitor labor and equipment use
• Perform safety checks and respond to emergencies
• Communicate effectively across departments
• Complete daily and weekly reports

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and around noise, fumes, and dust
• Availability during peak seasons, including holidays and weekends
