What you get to do:

1. Ensure a safe environment for all ambassadors, guests, and animals.
2. Develop OJT’s and ambassadors by providing training, feedback, and coaching.
3. Ensure compliance with all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures.
4. Create and maintain the unit’s team rotation grid.
5. Maintain high cleanliness standards, conduct quality inspections, and follow up on improvement opportunities.
6. Respond to guest and ambassador needs.
7. Report project statuses to Supervisors and Managers.
8. Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
9. Use problem-solving skills to ensure positive guest resolutions.
10. Oversee assigned operating area.
11. Adhere strictly to all cash handling procedures.
12. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.

What it takes to succeed:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Leadership experience preferred.
3. Possession or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred.
4. Excellent computer skills and ability to work multiple selling systems preferred.
5. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
6. Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain a company driver’s license.
7. At least 18 years old.
8. Ability to complete CPR/AED training and certification.
9. Ability to be trained and certified at all attractions.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
12. Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations.
13. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
14. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, stoop, lift 25 pounds, and push/pull 50 pounds.
15. Ability to climb stairs, walk in sand, and work outdoors at heights up to 150 feet (or 350 ft for Skytower).
16. Ability to ride all park rides for ride testing.
17. Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and until 3:00 a.m. for seasonal events.
