Job summary

SeaWorld Orlando is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise a guest arrival team and deliver high-quality experiences from park entry. You will train Ambassadors, monitor ticketing and guest flow, and ensure safety standards in busy outdoor environments.

Key duties include coordinating labor, shifts, and breaks; maintaining cash handling discipline; and mentoring staff through coaching and feedback. A strong communicator with a calm demeanor will thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum peak-season availability: 4 days with one weekend day and holidays.
• Off-season availability: 3 days with one weekend day and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to complete CPR/AED training/certification.
• Ability to be certified on all attractions.
• Strong communication, public speaking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of staying calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfortable outdoors, around water and heights up to 350 ft.
• Experience with cash handling and multiple selling systems.
• Ability to train on and use protective gear.
• Flexible with varied hours.
• Related Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience highly desirable.

• Supervise, train, counsel Ambassadors and perform duties in Guest Arrival areas.
• Track labour, schedule and manage breaks daily.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
• Develop team members through training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Create and maintain team rotation grid.
• Respond to guest and team needs and report status to Supervisors.
• Enforce cash handling procedures.

• Parking Lot
• Ticketing
• Turnstiles
• Reservation Check-In Area
• Track labour, including daily scheduling and break management
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Create and maintain team rotation grid
• Respond to guest and team member needs
• Report project status to Supervisors and Managers
• Ensure strict adherence to all cash handling procedure

What it takes to succeed:

• During peak season, at least 4 days of unrestricted availability with one day being a weekend day, and availability to work holidays
• During the off season, at least 3 days of unrestricted availability with one day being a weekend day, and availability to work holidays
• At least 18 years old
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to complete CPR/AED training/certification

• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
• Computer proficiency with MS Office
