Join us at Sesame Place as an Assistant Supervisor, Food and Beverage at United Parks & Resorts. We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking individuals to become our Ambassadors and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to visitors from around the world.

What you will do:

1. Provide and lead the team to deliver superior guest service.
2. Motivate and energize ambassadors regularly.
3. Open and close facilities following established procedures.
4. Provide menu and park information to guests.
5. Monitor equipment, report issues, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
6. Supervise and train ambassadors, including authorizing over-rings.
7. Manage food waste and educate staff on waste procedures.
8. Perform supervisory responsibilities such as training, planning, assigning work, and addressing guest and staff concerns.
9. Represent the park positively, maintaining high energy and commitment to quality.
10. Prepare and serve food, clean facilities, operate kitchen equipment, and assist with training and supervision.
11. Respond to guest needs to ensure excellent service.
12. Perform other duties as assigned and assist throughout the park as needed.

What it takes to succeed:

• 1 to 3 months of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Successfully pass ServSafe, Alcohol training, and Food Handlers tests.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
