Job summary

Tarrant County seeks a supervisor to oversee probation officers handling Juvenile Court and Juvenile Services caseloads. Under the unit supervisor, you will guide actions through observation, consultation and documentation review to ensure court directives and policies are followed.

Responsibilities include training, case assignment, case audits, developing management plans, data collection, and preparing court reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of two years full-time casework, counseling or community group work.
  • Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and proof of liability insurance.
  • Ability to obtain certification by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred.
