Qualifications

• Associates degree in turf management preferred.

The role of the Assistant Superintendent directs and participates in the maintenance of the golf course including tees, greens, fairways, bunkers, cart paths, rough, as well as supervises the maintenance and repair of motorized and other mechanical equipment. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring the course remains free of pest infestations or disease outbreaks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completes frequent disease scouting
• Completes frequent irrigation monitoring

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree in turf management preferred
