Assistant Superintendent - Commercial

Location: Company based in Atlanta (Traveling throughout the Southeast)

Per Diem: $2500 + (based on location and project)

For this position, we are looking for an assistant superintendent with prior experience working on commercial projects. As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage daily operations on the commercial construction site alongside the Lead Superintendent.
• Coordinate and supervise trade contractors and subcontractors in the commercial sector.
• Develop, document, and communicate fieldwork plans, including changes during construction.
• Support safety protocols as the on-site safety representative.
• Communicate project schedule updates to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics specific to commercial projects.
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of commercial projects.
• Possess 1-5 years of experience in a superintendent or similar role within commercial construction.
• Excel in teamwork and collaboration in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills tailored to commercial projects.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, or other relevant construction management software.
