As Assistant Superintendent, you will be a key safety and quality presence in the field, working alongside the Superintendent and Senior Superintendent to keep the jobsite safe, organized, and moving according to plan. You will supervise union Laborers and Carpenters, coordinate with trades and subcontractors, and help lead daily huddles that establish priorities and project flow.
