Minimum Degree Level: Doctoral degree in Education preferred
Position Purpose: As the district's chief academic officer, the assistant superintendent of instruction and school success provides strategic leadership for instructional excellence, school improvement, academic accountability, and the successful implementation of district priorities. The assistant superintendent works collaboratively with the superintendent, cabinet, directors, principals, assistant principals, and school leadership teams to ensure that district systems, instructional practices, and resources are aligned to achieve high levels of student learning and success.
