Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in general construction.
• Bachelor's Degree or Trade School experience in construction management, construction science, civil engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, plans and contract documents.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job site functions, including deliveries, quality control and field personnel.
• Ensure safety protocols are in place and followed.
• Coordinate tasks with field personnel and subcontractors to maintain schedules and timelines.
• Meet with foremen and subcontractors to address issues and stay on track.
• Maintain knowledge of construction plans, drawings, and contract documents for each project.
