The Assistant Superintendent supports the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day field operations to help ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. Working closely with the Superintendent and project team, this role assists in overseeing self-performed and subcontracted work, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship. The Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in coordinating site activities, resolving field issues, and fostering a collaborative and productive jobsite.
