Hickory Stick Golf Club in Greenwood, Indiana seeks an Assistant Superintendent to lead turf and agronomic operations. You will oversee maintenance programs, budgeting, staff management and regulatory compliance while supporting the Director of Golf.

Qualifications

• 3 years of golf course grounds experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency for financial reporting.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turf, ornamental plants, shrubs and wetlands maintenance.
• Direct staff, recruit, supervise and retain maintenance personnel.
• Design landscape plans and implement them on site.
• Provide safety training and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and capital projects.
• Schedule maintenance around member play to minimize disruption.
• Record and apply chemicals per regulations; monitor safety.
