Qualifications

• Must have ability to work daily at the construction jobsite, including overtime and weekend hours.
• Experience with multi-family or commercial building construction preferred.
• Comfortable coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Superintendent, ensures project adheres to quality standards and schedules daily jobsite activities, manages work lists, and oversees subcontractor completion.
• Maintains organization and understanding of final product; supports civil, architectural, mechanical and/or electrical work as needed.
