As the Assistant Superintendent - Data Center, you will be responsible for assisting with all phases of Data Center construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, coordinating subcontractors, and guaranteeing progress according to schedule and budget constraints.

The Necessities:

1. 3+ years Building and Construction experience, required (No residential)
2. 1+ years Data Center experience, preferred
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)
4. Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, also preferred
5. Must be able to travel across US - First project Denton, Texas
