Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent / Field Coordinator to support residential and light industrial projects across the Atlanta metro area. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team to coordinate day-to-day field operations and maintain schedules.

This role is onsite 100% of the time. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field construction experience, reads drawings, and can communicate clearly with subcontractors,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction field experience.
• Experience on residential buildout, renovation or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be on-site full-time at Atlanta project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and coordination activities.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and material staging activities.
• Conduct daily site walks to track construction progress and identify potential issues.
• Support enforcement of jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Document field progress through daily reports, photos, and project tracking tools.
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Communicate project updates and field conditions to project managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Verify workmanship meets company quality expectations and project specifications.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain clean, organized, and professional work environments.
• Help resolve field-related issues and facilitate communication between office and field personnel.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates regarding project status and milestones.

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent / Field Coordinator to support the successful execution of residential buildout and light industrial construction projects throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. This role is ideal for an energetic construction professional with at least 2 years of field experience who is looking to grow their career in project supervision and construction management.

The Assistant Superintendent / Field Coordinator will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team to coordinate day-to-day field operations, maintain project schedules, ensure quality standards are met, and support a safe and productive jobsite environment. This position requires a hands‑on presence in the field and is expected to be onsite 100% of the time.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of 2 years of construction field experience.

Experience working on residential construction, buildout, renovation, or commercial projects.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work onsite full-time at project locations throughout the Atlanta area.

Preferred

Experience supporting residential buildout projects.

Experience with light industrial construction projects.

Knowledge of construction scheduling software and project management platforms.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Physical Requirements

Frequent walking, climbing, bending, and standing on active construction sites.

Ability to navigate uneven terrain and work in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment as needed.
