Qualifications

Support Superintendents in all phases of construction.
Assist with schedule development using MS Project.
Coordinate permits and compliance with bond and insurance requirements.
Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
Attend weekly owner and subcontractor meetings to take minutes.
