Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent 2 for a growing DC-area Owner/Developer/Builder. In this role you will assist with day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, and help manage project logistics on a multi-family podium project.

You will support the Superintendent and Project Manager with inspections, documentation, and issue resolution, using Procore and Bluebeam to monitor schedule, quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience in multi-family construction.
• Familiarity with key construction software such as Procore/Bluebeam.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.
