The Assistant Superintendent holds the responsibility of overseeing daily site construction activities and managing all necessary field personnel to ensure the successful completion of the project within the designated schedule and budget. This encompasses upholding the highest quality standards, supervising trade and field personnel, and implementing effective construction safety practices throughout all on-site activities. The individual holding this position is required to report to a project site five days a week. It is expected that the individual lives within proximity of the project location or the surrounding areas. Richard offers a housing allowance to cover the cost of living if a candidate must relocate.
