A leading construction firm in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee field administration, manage project personnel, and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution of construction operations. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in construction or equivalent experience, have at least three years in entry-level positions, and possess OSHA 30 certification. This position offers a dynamic work environment with excellent employee benefits, including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Qualifications

• Preferred four (4) degree in a construction related curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years experience at Entry Level Positions (EE, PE, CE).
• Proficient in scheduling software like Procore or MS Project.
• Proficient in Procore or MS Project scheduling software.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• On-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations.
• Direct supervision of Assistants, Foreman, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, while maintaining a safe workplace.

Skills

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent. This role reports to and is responsible to the Superintendent or Senior Superintendent. They provides on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of Assistants, Foreman, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for directing personnel in planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, and maintaining a safe work place - embracing OneLife!
